User Agreement ​

1. Acceptance of terms ​

By using model-go ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description ​

model-go provides an AI API aggregation service that lets users access multiple AI models through a unified API interface. The Service acts as an intermediary between users and model providers.

3. Account responsibility ​

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable use ​

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without prior authorization
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Exceed rate limits or otherwise abuse the API in a way that reduces service quality for others

5. Fees and payment ​

  • The Service uses a prepaid credit model
  • Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice

6. Content and data ​

  • You retain ownership of the input you submit to the Service
  • You own the output generated by the Service based on your input
  • We do not use your data to train AI models
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated output

7. Disclaimer ​

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability ​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, model-go is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Termination ​

  • Either party may terminate at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms
  • Your right to use the Service ends immediately upon termination

10. Changes to these terms ​

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
